Corn on the cob with garlic butter
Barbeque season is upon us! Our corn on the cob with garlic butter recipe is a simple classic but it never fails to be a fan favourite. This recipe can be cooked in your kitchen or on the family barbecue grill so come rain or shine you can enjoy corn on the cob with a garlicky twist.
Ingredients:
- 50g of Cotswold Butter
- 2 corn on the cobs
- 1 garlic bulb
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil to drizzle
- 20g of parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- When the oven has reached the right temperature, cut the top of the garlic bulb and add a little olive oil and the wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until soft.
- After 30 minutes take the garlic out of the oven and leave for a few minutes to cool, then squeeze the garlic from each clove into a bowl.
- Add the Cotswold Butter, coriander and parmesan cheese in with the garlic and mix all together.
- Heat a pan until hot and add the corn to the pan, drizzle with oil and cook for 15 minutes until the corn starts to brown, keep turning the corn so that they cook on all sides
- Add the garlic and herb butter to the corn cobs and allow to melt.
- You now have delicious corn on the cobs with garlic butter- bon appetit!
