Cotswold Butter Infused BBQ Side Recipes

  • 4 Corn on the Cobs
  • 4 Tablespoons Cotswold Butter, softened
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Clove Garlic

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix the softened Cotswold Butter with salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic.

Spread the butter mixture evenly over each corn.

Place the corn directly on the BBQ for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

Buttery Garlic Bread

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Loaf of French Bread or Italian Bread, halved lengthwise
  • Half a Block of Cotswold Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190°C

Make the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, combine the softened Cotswold Butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

Place the bread on a baking sheet, buttered side up, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp

Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the bread during the last 2 minutes of grilling or baking.

Butter Baked Vegetables

Ingredients: 

  • A mixture of vegetables of your choice
  • Cotswold Butter
  • Fresh Tyme Leaves
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the baby carrots, baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.

Pour the melted Cotswold Butter over the vegetables. Add the thyme leaves, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the vegetables evenly.

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Transfer the baked vegetables to a serving dish and enjoy!
