Flavoured Butter

Rosemary, Cracked Black Pepper
Ingredients:
- 100g Cotswold Butter
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoons Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Chilli, Coriander & Lime
Ingredients:
- 100g Cotswold Butter
- 1 small Red Chilli
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Coriander
- Zest of 1 Lime
Basil, Parmesan, and Tomato.
Ingredients:
- 100g Cotswold Butter
- 25g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Sundried Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
Finely chop the red chili and fresh coriander.
Zest the lime and squeeze the lime juice.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until they are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the butter mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap
Shape into a log, twist the ends to seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Once chilled, slice the butter into rounds and serve over grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables.
