Lemon Butter Pasta

This lemon butter pasta is the quickest, most delicious meal to try on a busy day. Packed with a zesty lemon flavour and rich, creamy goodness. This dish is called pasta al limone.

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • Cotswold Butter
  • Garlic
  • Red Chilli Flakes
  • Lemon (Zest and Juice)
  • Parmesan

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta, reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • In a large pan, heat the Cotswold Butter on a medium heat in a large pan.
  • Stir the garlic and chilli flakes.
  • Transfer the cooked pasta into a pan and toss well.
  • Add a splash of pasta water.
  • Stir in the lemon zest and parmesan and toss well to combine.
  • Add chopped parsley and season to taste.
  • Serve and enjoy!
