Lemon Butter Pasta
This lemon butter pasta is the quickest, most delicious meal to try on a busy day. Packed with a zesty lemon flavour and rich, creamy goodness. This dish is called pasta al limone.
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Cotswold Butter
- Garlic
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Lemon (Zest and Juice)
- Parmesan
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta, reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large pan, heat the Cotswold Butter on a medium heat in a large pan.
- Stir the garlic and chilli flakes.
- Transfer the cooked pasta into a pan and toss well.
- Add a splash of pasta water.
- Stir in the lemon zest and parmesan and toss well to combine.
- Add chopped parsley and season to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
